The guy went above and beyond, which not only convinced me to stay with Rogers in general, but would buy a new phone from nowhere else. In addition, when Patrick wasn't there, his co-workers carried an the theme of great customer service, for what ended up being a really great retail experience.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-11-17, by Erica WilliamsRogers gave out a promotion, but when I try to call it goes straight to a busy signal, their live chat is down AND the Rogers stores can't help me get the promotion since their system keeps crashing. NOT COOL, I'll be switching providers!!
