  Note: this experience happened about 2 years ago. Absolutely by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We went into this location, found the perfect flooring and got quoted an amount for the entire basement. When we went back in to purchase the flooring it turned out the floor we had been quoted for was ‘priced incorrectly’ and they were not willing to honour the price. In a series of disputes between what seemed to be the owner (although hard to believe from his level of unprofessionalism) and I, he decided to give us a darker flooring for the same price we had been quoted for the lighter colour. Every time I look at the floor it’s just a reminder of this awful awful experience. It’s now time for me to look at flooring for a different project and I certainly will not be going anywhere near end of the roll Langley.
