  Trying to get refund of my 500 dollar deposit from them for the last 20 plus days. Team was great to start off with but the attitude changed once the deal fell through. They are difficult to follow up with and does not provide adequate support or response. Turns out the guy I was dealing with was horrible at his duties. I decided to bypass him and talk directly to finance guy and his manager. They resolved it in a week. So I got my refund in 30 days. Still going to stick with 1 rating because the whole experience was not worth it.
