  This happened a while back ,but they took the time to look after my entire rendering desktop setup after a contractor for an ISP knocked it over. They investigated the damage and sided with me that much of it was screwed. Their replacements contained all of the recoverable data, they cleaned my computer perfectly, and gave status updates. I cannot recommend them enough. They even gave me better versions of the equipment that I lost - Seagate, Western Digital, etc and it was all in the box. I even got my old stuff back (and working, to an extent), clean and labelled well. Thank you so much for taking care of my case and helping us not take this to court.
