  I took a plaque in to be engraved for the yearly award that I present. I realized that I asked for the wrong year to be engraved just after I paid. It was only $9.00 and I was ready to pay for another engraving as a result of my mistake. Instead, the employee re-did the engraving immediately as I waited (about 5 minutes) and was kind enough to not charge me for my mistake. I always look for a place that goes above and beyond for their customers and Centaur Awards did that for me. Thank you for making my day.
