BASE ran a 15% off promo, my teammate spoke with sales rep Lisa and requested 20% off if he bought 2 sticks. She honored that offer. Two weeks later, the best offer I could get was buy one at FULL PRICE, get 2nd at 15% off.. significantly different. I was advised she had no ability to adjust offers despite adjusting an offer for my teammate. Disappointed, but going back to retail CCM and will no longer be recommending BASE.
