  Our experience in your Langley store is great and very helpful but when it comes to delivery is a complete failure..... We bought a gas range on 31/12 and |I call up to make arrangements on 16/1 to have it deliver for 26/1 and was told that it would be deliver at 9am n I call the day before to reconfirm but was told that now my delivery will be in the afternoon instead, it is unbelievable as I especially request a morning delivery to fit into my schedule... Where is your motto on delivery which says deliveries booked will be a first come first serve basis and you did not live up to your promise. With this experience, I would not recommend it to any of my friends and family
