  Horrible service department. Only 1 out of the 5 people there are trained. They take advantage of people and there trained by there head service Advisor krystal to create a buffer so they'll over qoute you. So if you ask if they can give a discount they just bring it down to regular pricing and if you dont theyll just over charge you. Would not recommend anyone to. Go here ive seen the manager tell an employee tell the customer im gone home for the day so he doesnt have to deal with it. They flip flop shop foremans as theres no Organization trucks are always. Mis diagnosed and comebacks are a regular occurence. If your gonna go there only deal with jody as he is the only advisor there who cares about the customers rather then making a quick buck. I also was there when another truck driver did not approve. Some repairs costing 600 dollars and had documented email proof he declined it, there service advisor Jessica still charged it out. And had the customer not gone over the bill They would have been charged something they had no idea was on there. If this is whats going on in there now imagine how this service department has been running and how many people are being screwed over. Absolutley sickening
