  We were so happy with our entire new living room full of lazy boy furniture which is unique and we designed full renos around. Unfortunately, the Langley store service and very expensive service centre have been absolutely disgusting and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Once we finally received our new furniture (which the delays were never once communicated to us unless we called the store), we had some problems with the couch cushions sliding off. When we called, we got service finally from the service centre (which never calls to set up dates and times, lies about sending emails, and shows up unannounced) that ended up with a very young inexperienced man simply stapling the cushion elastics hoping that would hold them on better. With common knowledge, I said this would further ruin the furniture as the elastics would further breakdown causing more sliding off the couch. Unsurprisingly, we were correct. The couch has now only been in our house since the fall and the cushions are often hanging off and the edges are already breaking down. I can't even imagine how terrible this extremely expensive piece of furniture will look after 10 years. While polite, the store manager has been awful to deal with if even ever available and simply continues to put us off to the service centre who has no ability to contact us in advance if at all to set up times. I would never deal with lazy boy again and will ensure I am not recommending this company to anyone else so they also don't get misled into thinking this is a better product or service.
