prices are a touch steep but with 7 rewards, the variety in products and it's convenient location that's justifiable, but I feel a few things should come to light. 1) chicken isn't made past 9pm. if you're getting chicken after that, order drums, wings or strips as they don't go too bad. before 9pm, even if ten or five minutes prior you can ask them to make you something fresh before they start cleaning. Flavored wings like salt and pepper, fire roasted and buffalo can be ordered at almost any time as they are made in the cook master oven. if they are cleaning it though, no luck. 2) breakfast sandwiches in the hot oven can be put on early as 5am. the sooner you get them the better. if they're not written off past noon you can expect the English muffins to go hard. 3) I have seen some staff give food that is potentially expired without any prior warning. once I saw a woman order the boneless bucket deal, only to return two minutes later saying her son chipped his tooth on a popcorn chicken ball. true to her word the thing was actually hard as a stone. 4) this isn't the worst place in Langley but it is far from the best. if you can, make any nighttime stops as quick as possible and stay alert when outside. mostly homeless people at these hours just looking for a warm coffee but you do get some people who act crazy. 5) bikes can go missing in this area if unattended for too long. most of the time the staff will let you park your bike under the table along the front store window but keep vigilant with it. 6) if you suspect something is old because it looks dry - in the case of hot dogs very red- you're probably right. it's a decent store. just mind night people and be wary of what looks fresh. they're less inclined to make new foods after dusk as well so keep sharp.
